Application

Thank you for your interest in our educational programs in China. Here are the necessary application and tour information and condition forms.

Please be sure to indicate on your application which program you prefer and the program dates. Please send the following items so we can begin processing your visa. There must be an additional 6 months of passport validity beyond your return date to the U.S. If you are getting a new passport send all other items and forward you passport later.

Your passport is required 45 days before departure. The actual passport is now required by the Chinese Consulate to issue a visa. Contact us if you have particular time constraints.

Send the following items:

• Signed “Trip Conditions” form
• Completed program application
• Copy of the first page of your passport (page with the picture)
• 2 passport-sized pictures (one will be attached to your certificate)
• $500 Deposit (make checks out to China Educational Travels)
